Shipped via USPS ground from Virginia. 

Printed orders will ship in 3-5 business days from purchase date, depending on the number of revisions. Slight delay may occur during the months of November and December.

We are not responsible for delays on the part of the United States Postal Service. 

We offer unlimited revisions. We will email you a proof and once you approve it, printing will take 1-2 days.

An approval of the proof is required for all printed items.

Colors

Please note that colors may vary slightly from what is seen on your screen.

Make sure to review your proof on a computer not a mobile device, as they may alter the colors even further. Please contact us at info@doolittlecelebration.com if you have additional concerns or if you need a physical color proof.

The COVID-19 pandemic has strained virtually every industry, including the USPS.

Please choose Priority mail for time-sensitive orders, as there have been many delays with the USPS. When available, I also recommend selecting a RUSH order, which ensures your order will be processed in less than 12 hours. 

We are not responsible for misspellings or omission in approved proofs.

Please review your proofs carefully for spelling, punctuation, capitalization, grammar, accuracy, and content. 

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, however, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads or personalized items.
